You should also visit the giant redwoods with a height of more than 44 meters. The pilgrims scallop shows the way to this botanic highlight. Even St. James pilgrims find their way to Santiago de Compostela on the idyllic hiking trails, off the beaten track of big traffic roads.

Landstuhl also has a lot to offer for the ones interested in cultural events. Check out the theater program of Stadthalle Landstuhl, as well as the theater of Palatinate dialect, which even offer a program for children. Last but not least: the castle theater of the “Homeland Friends Landstuhl”, that take place on the castle ruin Nanstein each summer.
