Founded in 1912 the FV Olympia with over 400 members is one of the most traditional clubs in Ramstein. 2011 was a very sucessfull year for the club: 3 club teams won titles in their classes and the opening of the new soccer field was celebrated.
Ramstein's cultural and conference center is host to numerous national and international stars every year. The varied stage program including musicals, concerts, shows, plays and programs for kids attracts lots of visitors. The facility has a seating capacity for up to 800 people and was completed in 1986. It is also suitable for conferences, meetings, exhibitions and parties.
The "Haus des Bürgers" has a restaurant, a bowling alley, meeting facilities for senior citizens and young people and classrooms for the community's adult education center which offers a wide variety of subjects. It also houses the German post office and the city library with its approx. 12.000 books, newspapers, magazines as well as a large collection of sound and video cassettes.

Pfadfinderzentrum Kurpfalz - scout center, center of learning and recreation including camp site
The "Kurpfalz" Scout Center is a regular host to boy scouts and girl scouts from all over Germany. The ample site consists of a house with kitchen, bathrooms, common room and beds for 40 people as well as the camp site for 300 people. It is rented out to groups and associations.

The modern civic hall is located right in the city centre of Landstuhl. It is the best location for culture, exhibitions and performances of ballet, operas, musicals and plays. Behind the protected historic facade you will find the most modern technology. The civic hall is equipped with adjustable walls in the hall area as well as in the foyer. It is furnished with variable seating and a well equipped, spacious show stage.

Hiking
Nordic Walker and hiking friends of the Landstuhl region have a crush on the Mill Trail. It runs from the upper Landstuhl mill to the romantic Wallhalb river valley.
Trails Trails with a total length of 140 kilometers offer diversified sceneries to the hiker. You will pass meadows, moors, large forests, and deep gorges and negotiate differences in altitude of up to 430 meters. On these hiking trails, marked B1 to B13, varying in length from 3 to 21 km there certainly is the right challenge for everyone.
Palatinate Route of St. James For about 1000 years people have gone on pilgrimages to Santiago de Compostela, to the tomb of St. James, in the northwest of Spain.
13 kilometers of this trail cross the community of Bruchmühlbach-Miesau. The trail is marked with a white scallop on a blue background.
Nordic Walking
The Nordic Walking Center was designed with the support of the German Skiing Association and is located on Sickingen Heights in the village of Lambsborn. You can choose between three trails with the length of 3.8 to 9.5 kilometers.
Biking
Glan-Blies-Trail The trail starts in Staudernheim at the Nahe River. With a total length of almost 130 kilometers it leads along the Glan Valley passing Bruchmühbach-Miesau and the Blies River to Sarreguemines in France.
Tour 7 The Glan-Blies Trail connects to Kaiserslautern County Route 7 which has a length of approx. 19 kilometers.
Track and field
You can obtain a sports badge in a track and field test in the Horst Eckel Stadium.
Swimming pool
Theheated outdoor pool was completely overhauled in 2010 and turned into a fun and wellness spa with stainless steel basins. In addition to four 25-m lanes and two 50-m lanes, there is a wide slide, a jet stream channel, Jacuzzi and neck jet. The little guests can enjoy a modern three-part wading pool with attractions. All basins have a water temperature of at least 24°C.
The large lawn is the perfect place for sunbathing and relaxing. A well-equipped kiosk offers snacks and drinks.
