This important chapter in German-American and European contemporary history is displayed through a professionally designed bilingual exhibition in German and English. The exhibition site of the Docu Center with several red containers is located next to the Ramstein sports stadium. It has been reopened after the winter break and can be visited Tuesday to Sunday from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. The site is closed on Mondays. At present, the results of a school project of the Hohenstaufen Gymnasium Kaiserslautern themed “The Americans and us” are presented in a special exhibition. Admission is free. Guided tours and excursions can be arranged on request. Please contact the Docu Center (phone: 06371/838005; email@example.com).
